I have spent much of my life in the health and fitness world, so understand the challenges of getting and staying in shape. I understand the struggle of balancing a busy life with healthy habits.

I have trained in the gym for 30 plus years and been a competitive bodybuilder for the past 15 years.

Over the years, I have mentored others with tips on workouts and eating right and incorporating fitness in their lives. The gym has been my community and my therapist, and a healthy lifestyle has enabled me to age gracefully.

It was a natural progression for me to establish Fit by Michele. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I also operate a fitness clothing line to inspire your fitness journey.

I would love to help you navigate the health and fitness world and develop habits that maintain a healthy lifestyle.
