Biceps, dumbbells and competition shoes are guaranteed to get smiles from fellow fitness enthusiasts. The bikini, wellness and figure suits — created with my trademark design and blinged out with sugar crystals and silver dragees — are always a hit!
These sugar cookies are made in small batches using my grandmother’s recipe. They are rolled and cut by hand and decorated with royal icing.
Made from a short list of natural ingredients, they taste as good as they look. But because they contain no preservatives or additives, each is sealed in a cello envelope to preserve freshness. They stay fresh for up to 2 weeks, or can be frozen for up to 6 months to extend freshness.
Pricing is based on quantity and number of icing colors. The dumbbell cookies shown here are iced with 3 colors (black, green and purple). The bicep cookies shown are iced with 4 colors (black, green, purple and white).
